Needs bombard us like a hailstorm sometimes. In emergencies, my prayer may simply be, “Jesus, Help!” In fact, I uttered one of those prayers last week.
But other times I have more time to give thought and reflection, remembering God’s Word and promises in prayer. I’ve taken a break in my “Finding God Outdoors” series to give you a sampling of some of those prayers. Below you’ll find three of those prayers I wrote for crosswalk.com, which you can read by following the links under each picture, and a fourth prayer I’ve posted in a previous blog. If you’ve ever found yourself in one of these situations, I hope each prayer will help to encourage you and draw you closer to the One who loves you and is waiting to hear your prayer.
